Acceptable, but Some Issues Noted

cramped room faulty remote
The location was indeed central, a feature I appreciated (easy access to many spots).
I encountered some frustrating issues . My room felt quite cramped. There was barely enough space to move around comfortably. The television remote did not function properly, even after I requested assistance. Staff couldn't fix it, as they seemed to lack even new batteries.

perfect instructions amazing bed
Mr Ratnesh and his wife provided PERFECT instructions, this SAVED us hours. Ms. Liwan was courteous, kind, and accurate as a server!!! My room was spacious, well appointed, and felt fancy. The bed and mattress were AMAZING!!!
The room temperature was too hot, even after lowering the thermostat, this was annoying.
